Unable to view CHM Files Local Computer

Recently I was unable to view the CHM files on my computers or any file copied/downloaded to my computer. To resolve this problem

-> Go to Folder Options
-> Click the File Types tab
-> Navigate to the CHM extension and select it
-> Click the Change button below just on the right of Opens with: label
-> Open With dialog will open.
-> Click Browse button and select c:\Windows\hh.exe
-> Click Open then Ok and again Ok

The problem is solved.
